Super Excited abou the Michael Miller Fabrics that just arrived.  I already know that I will make a shirt out of three of these pieces together. I have been trying to pick out just the right fabric to sew an Olivia Dress pattern. I wasn't happy with anthing that I had seen until this morning. YEAH!!!!

I just found on RJR's website that they made a forum that anyone can post their fabric request on. It is pretty neat. Us shops can go and read all of the request to see if you can help you find what you are looking for.

May's Free Block of the Month Pattern

UNION SQUARE

This block gave me a few gray hairs. I am not finished with mine yet. I am going to start over. I am making the twelve inch block to use as my center of my sampler quilt. I might do a variations of it with two borders of the half-square triangles a little larger the second time to make it the center/focal piece of the quilt. I need to get busy on it so that I am not behind like last year!
